8 - 12 weeks prior to your wedding date, we'll meet to download your wedding details and conduct walkthroughs of your venues. You'll provide me with copies of your vendor contracts and complete a form to confirm your wedding day preferences.

From the moment of download, I'll take over to detail the day with a ceremony plan, wedding day itinerary and more documentation to keep vendors on track. Speaking of, I'll be your vendors' primary contact now, relieving you from final confirmation duties.
